95. Say Yes, Season Seven, Episode Twelve. Original Air Date = March 5, 2017

Morning, and a god shot through the trees – sun beams through the branches of the trees. We see a camper and then Rick and Michonne bursting into a house and rummaging around for stuff. They load up cans of food, and a gun. Then they have wild, ‘we didn’t die’, sex.

Michonne thanks Rick for keeping watch last night. We see an overhead shot of their van with its open doors – they’re very much alone out there.

Another fight, more walkers killed. It looks like a fire fighters headquarters. More taking of supplies, more sex. Continue reading “95. Say Yes, Season Seven, Episode Twelve. Original Air Date = March 5, 2017”

He says that people are saying nice things about her and Sasha, but not to let it go to her head. And she says, ‘don’t let it bother you, it seems like it bothers you’. He asks her what she’s doing up there, while he rubs an apple against his chest. Another guy tells Gregory that Maggie is pregnant so he gives her the apple – not because he wants to, but because he’s shamed into it. Continue reading “91. Michonne is out walking along the road by the remains of the burnt mattresses.  She’s following a trail of liquid, whistling as she goes – ‘The Farmer in the Dell’. A walker shambles behind her, then another joins along, the three of them walk in a configuration reminiscent of when she had her ‘pets’. She drops her pack to the ground and then kills both walkers, decapitating one of them. She places her katana carefully down on top of her bag and hauls the decapitated walker away from the bag, the camera focusing on the walkie talkie. Looks like she doesn’t want to talk to anyone. Sunrise over the beach where we see a walker in a shallow pool of ocean water. We can’t see them, but two women are talking on said beach, and one of them sees the walker in the water. The girl (maybe 11 years old) has a spear and kills the walker. She sees another walker and runs towards it with her spear. The woman tells her not to run, but she not only runs, she jumps over some tree limbs. She gets ready to kill the walker at the ocean’s edge, but the woman tells the girl to wait, what they think is a dead body, isn’t. It’s Tara and she’s not dead. The girl is ready to kill Tara. The woman and the girl argue about killing Tara, the girl says yes, the woman says no. The woman asks if the girl’s going to tell. She says she’s not a snitch, but she’s not going to help the woman with Tara.

The woman drags Tara out of the water and onto drier sand.

Maggie wakes up, and she sees some blue flowers sitting on the bedside table next to her.  Dr. Carson welcomes her back. He lets her know about the pregnancy issues – the placenta separated from the uterus, but she’s okay now, and she didn’t lose the baby. They listen to the heartbeat together. He tells Maggie that she has to calm down and rest otherwise she could lose the baby. Not only that, but he wants her to stay at Hilltop for the duration of her pregnancy so that he can monitor her pregnancy.

Sasha is seated outside the ‘hospital’ door, and Maggie steps out to greet her. Maggie wants to know where Glenn and Abraham are buried so Sasha takes her over to where they are buried. Maggie kneels at Glenn’s grave. Sasha gives Maggie Glenn’s pocket watch (that was once Hershel’s). She tells Maggie that the pocket watch was in Glenn’s pocket. Sasha goes on to tell her that all Abraham had in his pocket was a cigar. A bittersweet moment. Maggie places the pocket watch on Glenn’s grave. Sasha says that it feels like everything is wrong. Maggie says not everything, meaning her pregnancy is still good. Sasha says she’ll stay with Maggie till the baby’s born. Jesus walks over to place flowers on the graves. 86. The Cell, Season Seven, Episode Three. Original Air Date = November 6, 2016

It starts out with a montage (music provided by the Jam) of Dwight and his life picking up deliveries, and how those deliveries contribute to the yummy looking sandwich he’s making. He picks up mustard and pickles from one ‘town, tomatoes from another, fresh bread, eggs. People who balk at giving deliveries to the Saviors get beaten up. The Saviors settlement is in a factory-like building. At the factory, as Dwight and co gather eggs (for his sandwich), Negan walks by with Lucille. Everyone kneels as Negan walks by.

Dwight ends up with a pretty tasty looking sandwich – fresh bread, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, a fried egg. He’s perched on the concrete steps of the factory and watches people and walkers right outside the chain link fence. The walkers are chained, impaled, and otherwise trapped – but make pretty good guard dogs. Continue reading “86. The Cell, Season Seven, Episode Three. Original Air Date = November 6, 2016”
